Private Beta Terms

1. Who operates this beta

The AI Motley private beta is currently operated by Isaac Meek in collaboration with Dr. Chris Motley. A future company may take over operation of the service; if that happens, we will update these terms and ask you to review material changes.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You may use this beta only if you are invited, are at least 18 years old, are located in the United States, and use the invited email address. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Wellness/AI Notice. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.

3. What the beta provides

AI Motley provides AI-generated educational wellness information influenced by Dr. Chris Motley’s teachings. The first beta focuses on personalized text chat and related profile and plan features. It is free and does not include paid membership, voice chat, document uploads, family accounts, native scheduling, appointment billing, or telehealth.

Practice Better remains the separate system for Dr. Motley’s appointments, forms, payments, reminders, and telehealth. Using AI Motley does not book an appointment or create a clinician-patient relationship.

4. Wellness and safety limits

AI Motley is software, not Dr. Motley or another clinician. It may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Do not use it to diagnose a condition, prescribe or change medication, replace professional care, or respond to an emergency. Review the Wellness/AI Notice before acting on supplement, nutrition, or lifestyle information.

5. Your account and information

Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Enter only your own information. Do not upload medical records or lab reports during this beta, and do not enter another person’s private information.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited permission to store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to run, secure, support, and evaluate this private beta as described in the Privacy Notice. We do not use an individual tester’s content to train a new AI model without separate, express permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the beta, interfere with its security, attempt to access another tester’s account or data, use automated scraping or high-volume requests, reverse engineer protected prompts or data, or use the service unlawfully. We may pause or remove access to protect testers, the service, or Dr. Motley’s materials.

7. Beta availability and changes

The beta is provided on an experimental, as-available basis. We may fix, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every response will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Leaving the beta

You may export the primary account data available in Settings and may request account deletion there or by contacting us. Account access is disabled immediately after a deletion request, and core account data is scheduled for deletion after a 30-day recovery period, subject to the narrower operational-record limits described in the Privacy Notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We will show or send material changes before they apply. A new consent version may require you to accept updated terms before continuing.
